We currently offer shipping to the following regions:

  • United Kingdom (Mainland)

  • Scotland

  • Ireland

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the product(s) in your order. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.

Tracked Delivery

All orders shipped by Prime Shop Fittings are sent via tracked delivery services. This ensures full transparency and security, so you always know where your parcel is and when it will arrive.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • UK Mainland: 2–5 business days

  • Scotland & Ireland: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the size and weight of your order and the delivery location.

Delivery Issues

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Prime Shop Fittings, we aim to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases.

If you need to return an item, please review our policy below:

 

Refunds

  • You may return an item for a refund within 15 days of receiving it.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition and original packaging in which they were received.

 

Exchanges

  • You may request a swap for the same product within 30 days of receipt.

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaged as received.

 

Damaged Items

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us immediately by emailing primeshopfittings@gmail.com.

  • Please include your order number, description of the damage, and clear photos.

  • We will provide you with a prepaid postage label to return the damaged item to us.

 

Change of Mind

  • If you change your mind and no valid reason applies, you are responsible for returning the item at your own cost.

  • In this case, please email us first at primeshopfittings@gmail.com to inform us of the return.
