At Prime Shop Fittings, we aim to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below:

Refunds

• You may return an item for a refund within 15 days of receiving it.

• Items must be returned in the same condition and original packaging in which they were received.

Exchanges

• You may request a swap for the same product within 30 days of receipt.

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaged as received.

Damaged Items

• If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us immediately by emailing primeshopfittings@gmail.com.

• Please include your order number, description of the damage, and clear photos.

• We will provide you with a prepaid postage label to return the damaged item to us.

Change of Mind

• If you change your mind and no valid reason applies, you are responsible for returning the item at your own cost.

Yes, we do charge £50 for site visits within the North West. For locations outside the North West, charges vary depending on the location. However, to help reduce costs, we recommend that clients take accurate measurements and send us images of the site whenever possible.

In fact, we recommend that any changes to your site be carried out during off-peak times to minimize disruption to your business operations. Our team is flexible and can work around your schedule to ensure a smooth and efficient installation process.
