Refunds
You may return an item for a refund within 15 days of receiving it.
Items must be returned in the same condition and original packaging in which they were received.
Exchanges
You may request a swap for the same product within 30 days of receipt.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaged as received.
Damaged Items
If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us immediately by emailing primeshopfittings@gmail.com.
Please include your order number, description of the damage, and clear photos.
We will provide you with a prepaid postage label to return the damaged item to us.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind and no valid reason applies, you are responsible for returning the item at your own cost.
